Garrison S. Osborne
Master’s Student
Major: Aerospace Engineering
I earned my bachelor’s in mechanical engineering at Michigan State University in 2020 and have been a Northerner until I came to UF in 2022. I joined the APRG as a master’s student seeking to conduct research in the area of space vehicle design. My current research interests include nuclear electric and nuclear thermal propulsion and thermochemical power systems optimization. My goal within this lab is to make contributions to the development of interplanetary vehicle engines design, specifically for that of the novel bimodal NTP/NEP design concept which will enable fast transits to Mars and beyond.
