Background: I was born in Vancouver, Washington, but my family moved to Alligator Point, Florida when I was around 2.
Current Activities: I am a fourth-year mechanical engineering student at the University of Florida. I am also pursuing dual minors in Business Administration and Sales Engineering. I was previously involved in the Material Science and Engineering undergraduate research lab as well as the Non-Traditional Manufacturing lab, where my work focused primarily on surface metrology and quantifying various polishing characteristics. I am also involved with Pi Tau Sigma, the mechanical engineering honor society, where I have held the offices of Treasurer and Vice President. After I complete my mechanical engineering bachelors, I would like to continue my studies and pursue an aerospace engineering PhD with an emphasis on thermosciences and fluid dynamics.
