His work focuses on using remotely sensed data to monitor and mitigate environmental challenges like red tide. He co-developed the Septic to Sewer Conversion Optimizer Tool, helping managers streamline efforts to enhance wastewater infrastructure efficiently. With expertise in remote sensing, machine learning, and water quality optimization, Ron contributes to Florida’s Digital Twin initiative, advancing data-driven solutions for environmental management.
