We’re happy to share that Ayesha Naikodi has been selected to receive a travel award, supporting attendance at the “Modular Image Analysis with PlantCV” workshop at North American Plant Phenotyping Network (NAPPN) 2026.
Ayesha will also be presenting her research on the “Impact of Annotation Modality on Annotator Experience and Model Outcomes in Plant Root Image Segmentation” at the conference. Her research explores how image annotation tools like brush and polygon influence label quality, quantity, annotator experience like perceived ease-of-use and fatigue, and downstream model performance in plant root segmentation tasks.
