The Machine Learning and Sensing Lab is excited to welcome our newest lab members Alyssa Bowles, Caleb Robey, Layiwola Lawrence Ibukun, Jake Samuelson, Ross Spencer, Val Christian and Yutai Zhou! They will be working on :
Alyssa, Ross, and Val will be working on our project in supervised learning from incomplete and uncertain data funded by the National Science Foundation. They will be collected crowd-sourced labels satellite imagery and algorithms to learn from these.
Caleb and Yutai will be developing hyperspectral sub-pixel target detection algorithms and will be implementing these algorithms in python to share with the research community.
Lawrence will be working an NSF-funded project focused on developing methods to be able to detect malicious behavior on a smart power grid.
Jake will make a deployable application utilizing machine learning to analyze peanut maturation levels.
Ross Spencer will be contributing to the NSF crowdsourcing project.
Welcome to our lab!
