The Machine Learning and Sensing Lab is excited to welcome Spencer Chang as a new Ph.D. student in our group! Spencer Chang is from California and interested in practically all things related to machine and deep learning. He received a BS in Computer Engineering (June 2017) and MS in Computer Science (June 2019) from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo. He says that his main hobby is to pick up new hobbies, but some of the highest among them are cooking, baking, and trying new flavor profiles. He also says that, most importantly, he would consider himself a “convinced believer” in Jesus Christ and His teachings.
