Congratulations to UF’s graduating class of Spring 2021! The MLSL would like to recognize our very own undergraduate researcher, Hayden Menge!  It was a great pleasure having you in the Gatorsense lab. Some of Hayden’s milestones achievements in our lab was training UNet segmentation model on new plant root data. In addition to feature extraction based on Wasserstein metric and exploration of data analysis with the intent of determining aflatoxin contamination.

Hayden accepted a job offer from Amazon and will be working as Software Development Engineer with Amazon Web Services (AWS) on Kinesis.

Hayden is going to do great things and we are excited to follow his achievements.  Later, Gator!
