Jastrow, Thomas E. Juenger, Felix B. Fritschi! Their paper, “PRMI: A Dataset of Minirhizotron Images for Diverse Plant Root Study”, was recently accepted to AI for Agriculture and Food Systems (AIAFS) Workshops at the AAAI conference on artificial intelligence, February 2022. In the paper, the authors introduce a large-scale dataset of plant root images captured by MR technology.
