A Portfolio Built for Discovery and Translation

The Center supports collaborative projects that connect fundamental materials research, predictive modeling, process development, and industrial evaluation.

Our project portfolio is designed to grow with new scientific questions, funded programs, and industry collaborations. Each project contributes specialized knowledge or capabilities while strengthening a shared foundation for understanding and advancing thermomagnetic processing.

DOE Induction-Coupled Thermomagnetic Processing Project

Led by the University of Florida under DOE Award DE-EE0009131, this multi-institutional project integrates field-assisted experiments, computational modeling, and development of a commercial-scale 2 T processing system for industrial heat-treatment evaluation.

Build the Next Project with Us

Collaborate with the Center to investigate materials, develop predictive tools, evaluate processing conditions, or explore industrial-scale thermomagnetic demonstrations.
