Dr. Khiem Tran is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Coastal Engineering at the University of Florida. His primary areas of research are geophysical and nondestructive testing, and foundation design and capacity assessment. His research program has been funded by the National Science Foundation, Federal Highway Administration, US Army Corps of Engineers, State Departments of Transportation, and industry. Dr. Tran currently serves as Associate Editor for ASCE Journal of Bridge Engineering.
