We operate home-built CVD systems to grow a variety of nanomaterials.

Nanoscale Research Facility (NRF)

We use NRF facilities for nanofabrication, clean room processing, and metrology.

Major Analytical Instrumentation Center (MAIC)

We use MAIC facilities for nanomaterials characterization such as AFM, SEM, TEM, Raman, and XPS.

Particle Analysis Instrumentation Center (PAIC)

We use PAIC facilities for nanomaterials characterization.

Electronics and Noise Lab

We operate a wide range of equipment for electrical, optical, and noise measurements at room and low temperature.

Modeling and Simulation Lab

We use MATLAB and various TCAD simulation software for process and device modeling.

Nanoscience Institute for Medical and Engineering Technology (NIMET)

We are also affiliated with NIMET, a university-wide institute administered by the College of Engineering.
