Prof. Christphe Bobda
Prof. Christophe Bobda received his Ph.D. (with honors) in Computer Science from the University of Paderborn and won the 2003 Best Dissertation Award. He held academic positions in Germany before joining his current role in computer engineering. He is a Senior Member of the ACM and the author of a well-known book on reconfigurable computing.

Developing secure multi-tenant cloud FPGA platforms, with interests in heterogeneous SoC security/threat analysis and AI-efficient architectures on advanced SoC technologies.

Focusing on machine learning and computer vision for safe autonomy in advanced robotic surgery systems, with a background in machine intelligence and autonomous robotics.

Designing real-time, on-board FPGA vision accelerators for UAV scene understanding in complex environment, with interests in reconfigurable computing, embedded vision, and hardware–software co-design.
Audrey Souop
Researching multiview human and robot pose estimation for safe human–robot collaboration, with interests in machine learning, computer vision, image processing, and robotics.
Peter Forcha
Building hardware accelerators for machine learning, with interests in reconfigurable computing, computer vision for human action recognition and pose estimation, and efficient NLP/LLM acceleration.
