Ying Li<\/strong> will be presenting her work, supported by Anthony Frei and Ethan Yang, as well as our collaborator Dr Allison Bayer, entitled In Vitro Platform for Characterization of Immunological Responses to Encapsulated Cells<\/em><\/strong> <\/em>from 8:15 AM to 8:30 AM on Thursday, October 12, 2017 <\/strong>in the “Biomaterials for Immunoengineering I” <\/strong>session in the Room 224A at the Phoenix Convention Center<\/h3>\n

Dr Stabler<\/strong> will be presenting Dr. Kerim Gattas-Asfura’s  and Nicholas Abuid’s work entitled Silane-Functionalized Dendrimer for the Generation of Ultrathin Polymeric Coatings on Pancreatic Islets <\/strong><\/em>from 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM on <\/strong>Saturday, October 14, 2017 <\/strong>in the “Hydrogel Biomaterials I” <\/strong>session in the Room 224A at the Phoenix Convention Center.<\/h3>\n

Dr. Stabler<\/strong> will be presenting Kaiyuan Jiang, Jiapu Liang, and Sydney Wiggins work entitled Functionalized Immunomodulatory IL-10 Surfaces Attenuates Biomaterial Topography Activated Macrophages <\/strong><\/em>from 8:30 AM to 8:45 AM on <\/strong>Friday, October 13, 2017 <\/strong>in the “Immunoengineering and Immunomodulation in Tissue Engineering” <\/strong>session in the Room 221C at the Phoenix Convention Center.<\/h3>\n

Smit Patel<\/strong> will be presenting a poster of work lead by Drs Kaiyuan Jiang and Deborah Chaimov and supported by himself and Jiapu Liang, entitled 3-D Physiomimetic Porcine ECM Hydrogels Promotes the Intra-Islet Vascular Cell Proliferation and Function of Rodent and Human Islets<\/em>. <\/strong>The poster number is 2363 <\/strong>and he will present it Thursday, October 12, 2017<\/strong> in the “Engineering Tissue Interfaces” <\/strong>session as part of the Tissue Engineering track from 9:30am – 5:00pm<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Jiapu Liang<\/strong> will be presenting his work, supported by Kaiyuan Jiang, entitled Localized Release of Corticosteroid from Macroporous Organosilicone Beads Scaffolds<\/em>. <\/strong>The poster number is 2364 <\/strong>and he will present it Friday, October 13, 2017 <\/strong>in the “Drug Delivery in Tissue Engineering & Medicine” <\/strong>session as part of the Tissue Engineering track from 9:30am – 5:00pm<\/strong><\/h3>\n
