In this program, scholars work one-on-one with UF faculty,&nbsp;and are introduced to the exciting world of academic research. The award includes a $1,750 scholarship and scholars participate in a poster session at the end of the program.<\/p>\n<p>Jessica will be continuing her research on the development of the NIKI (&#8220;Non-Invasive Knee Injury&#8221;) device, a tool designed to induce osteoarthritis in vivo.
