In the Spring, Sharma Lab Master’s students, Tomas Clavijo-Garcia and Matthew Rexroad, coordinated a BME Field Day through the BME Graduate Student Council. The field day had a wide range of events, including cornhole, volleyball, and tug-of-war, showcasing our student’s many talents. In addition, it allowed faculty, students, and staff to connect and have a wellness activity break during finals. The event was located on campus at Flavet Field and offered a place to relax and enjoy the Florida weather.
Although the Sharma Lab did not take gold this year– we have already starting strategizing (and recruiting) for next year!
