Guten Tag from Vienna, Austria

In April, Jessica Aldrich, a PhD student in the Sharma Lab, presented her work at the Osteoarthritis Research Society International (OARSI) World Congress in Vienna, Austria! OARSI is the premier international organization for scientists and health care professionals focused on the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis. At this conference, Jessica shared her research on the “Manganese Dioxide Nanozymes as an ROS Scavenging Therapy for Osteoarthritis.”

Because presenting at an international conference isn’t hard enough, Jessica also displayed her passion for running by finishing the Vienna City Marathon in sub-4 hours while she was overseas.

Well done, Jessica!
