Therefore, the Cellular Engineering Laboratory curriculum changes in order to keep up with BME innovations. Dr. Rowlinson updates lab activities to incorporate these changes, whether they are new cell culturing techniques, biomaterial synthesis methods, or modes of analysis.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Focus Area 2: Engineering Education<\/h3>\n<p>The Cellular Engineering Laboratory is a place where both biomedical &#8220;wet-lab&#8221; work occurs, along with engineering education research. The students enrolled in the course become the test subject.
