We are committed to educating and advising the next-generation of science and engineering from all backgrounds. In particular Prof. Kim enjoys exploring and implementing new teaching pedagogies that can \u201cflip\u201d the classroom and improve student experiences through active learning. In all my teaching experiences I have always focused on the fundamentals first and found great satisfaction in the growth students can make. To promote this growth mindset, I have found Joe Feldman\u2019s book to have great components that can even be carried out in higher education.<\/p><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<\/section><\/div>\n\n\n\n
