Participates in the research activities of the Healthcare Systems Engineering team. Works independently and collaborates with professors from multiple universities to conduct research projects. Works on an engagement grant through the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) and Nova Scotia Emergency Health Services (EHS) to investigate the impact of ambulance offload delay through cooperation with professors, researchers, and frontline personnel from both industrial and academic facilities. Quantifies the disruption\/impact of ambulance offload delay and develops a decision-making tool for its prediction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
