Life Cycle Analysis

Help students develop an understanding of the concept and framework of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and the methods and challenges involved in applying LCA to relevant industrial and social issues. The course provides hand-on experience on process-based, input-output based, and hybrid LCA methods, to better understand the assumptions, strengths and weaknesses of these types of LCA models and to learn how to document and publish LCA studies.

Guide students through the implementation of analytical principles to determine the composition of natural waters and wastewaters. Focuses on current methods and policies routinely used to evaluate and interpret water quality data.
