          3. Strong skills in mathematical modeling<\/strong> and\/or system implementation\/programming<\/strong><\/li>\n
          4. Familiarity or experience with one or more of the following areas: machine learning<\/strong>, signal processing<\/strong>, wireless communications<\/strong>, or network security<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          5. Preference will be given to master\u2019s students or undergraduates with research experience at the master\u2019s level.<\/li>\n
