Individual Development Plan

The Individual Development Plan (IDP) is a series of documents that doctoral students at UF must complete with their faculty advisors each year. The IDP is designed to identify students’ professional and personal goals, highlight areas of weakness, and help students work with their advisors to create attainable steps for fulfilling long-term goals. The IDP is housed in Canvas, the University of Florida’s e-learning management system.
