NOTE: All monographs were subjected to both internal and external review before acceptance for publication by the sponsoring agency. In both Monographs #1 & #2, the following graduate students also contributed: Fadi E. Nassar, Esfandiar Salimi-Tari, Win-Gin Li and Lalit Lalwani. The results of these two monographs were approved by the Florida Department of Community Affairs. The 1995 Florida Legislature, through HB1647, enacted legislation effective July 1, 1995, adopting the Florida standard for Passive Radon Resistant New Residential Building Construction.
