Summer Camp and Interaction with Middle-school Students in Cade Museum:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Date: July 14, 2025 – July 25, 2025<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

– As part of an NSF-funded project (SURPASS: NSF SFS Unique Scholarship Program in Hardware and Systems Security) Supplement, led by Dr. Swarup Bhunia<\/a>, Dr. Pavlo Antonenko<\/a>, Dr. Andrea Ramirez Salgado<\/a> and Dr. Baibhab Chatterjee, a 10-day summer camp was held at the Cade Museum of Creativity and Invention<\/a> for Middle-school students. The details can be found here<\/a>. Thank you for the excellent support from the Cade leadership and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– As part of the SSTP program at UF<\/a>, Four High-School Seniors from Florida and Georgia joined WISE Lab for 7-weeks of summer research. A job well done, by Ettienne, Logan, Ryan and Youle. Ettienne also wins the best research presentation award among a total of 69 High-School students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– As part of the NSF-funded Research Experience and Mentoring (REM) program<\/a> led by the MIST center<\/a> for Summer 2024, Thomas Heindel joins the WISE and NTT labs for an 8-week on-campus internship<\/strong>. Thomas worked on projects focused on next generation technologies for the Internet of Things (IoT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
