{"id":39,"date":"2018-11-26T18:17:27","date_gmt":"2018-11-26T18:17:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www2.ise.ufl.edu\/hu\/?page_id=39"},"modified":"2025-02-14T10:27:29","modified_gmt":"2025-02-14T15:27:29","slug":"courses","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/faculty.eng.ufl.edu\/boyi-hu\/courses\/","title":{"rendered":"Courses"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>During my time at UF, I have successfully developed and taught three new courses that have received consistently positive evaluations from students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The first course, Occupational Safety Engineering \u2013 EIN4210\/EIN6905 (split level), provides students with a comprehensive understanding of safety engineering principles in occupational and systems safety.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The second course, Data Analysis for Industrial Applications \u2013 ESI3215C (undergraduate level), equips students with the necessary skills to apply data analysis techniques in an industrial setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The third course, Workplace Ergonomics and Biomechanics \u2013 EIN4242C, covers advanced topics on human factors and biomechanics concepts and applied methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition to these courses, I have collaborated with colleagues to create a Safety Engineering Graduate Certificate for UF graduate students and non-degree seeking students.
