{"id":65,"date":"2016-01-27T09:50:58","date_gmt":"2016-01-27T14:50:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.eng.ufl.edu\/faculty-site\/?page_id=65"},"modified":"2025-12-18T11:13:11","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T16:13:11","slug":"facilities","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/faculty.eng.ufl.edu\/ant-ural\/facilities\/","title":{"rendered":"Facilities"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Nanomaterials Chemical Vapor Deposition (NanoCVD) Lab<\/h3>\n<p>We operate home-built CVD systems to grow a variety of nanomaterials.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/nrf.aux.eng.ufl.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Nanoscale Research Facility (NRF)<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>We use NRF facilities for nanofabrication, clean room processing, and metrology.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/maic.aux.eng.ufl.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Major Analytical Instrumentation Center (MAIC)<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>We use MAIC facilities for nanomaterials characterization such as AFM, SEM, TEM, Raman, and XPS.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/maic.aux.eng.ufl.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Particle Analysis Instrumentation Center (PAIC)<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>We use PAIC\u00a0facilities for nanomaterials characterization.<\/p>\n<h3>Electronics and Noise Lab<\/h3>\n<p>We operate a wide range of equipment for electrical, optical, and noise measurements at room and low temperature.<\/p>\n<h3>Modeling and Simulation\u00a0Lab<\/h3>\n<p>We use MATLAB and various TCAD simulation software for process and device modeling.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eng.ufl.edu\/nimet\/\" target=\"_blank\">Nanoscience Institute for Medical and Engineering Technology (NIMET)<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>We are also affiliated with NIMET,\u00a0a university-wide institute administered by the College of Engineering.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nanomaterials Chemical Vapor Deposition (NanoCVD) Lab We operate home-built CVD systems to grow a variety of nanomaterials.
